Sound Healing and Meditation in the Salt Room

What is on top that you wish to heal! We will be guided into a meditative state and then bathed in sound!
What Is a Sound Bath? In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by the singing bowls, The vibrations of the singing bowls will enhance the experience of a guided meditation which relax the cells and bring forth healing. You will leave feeling refreshed, energetically enhanced, charkas will be balanced. A wonderful way to spend quiet time with friends or family.

Chair Yoga and Salt
Thur. Oct. 15th at 6:30

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. ( the chair helps you to feel safe and supported) while gaining strength and balance from within. We will also do some breathing exercises. When 1 hour of yoga is finished you will receive a 45 minute salt session as well in the large salt room.
Your body will let go of stress and stagnant energy and replace that with positive energy and cleaner breath which is equal to Oxygen for the cells.
Each week will be a little different as we learn how to calm down the body, mind and spirit bringing in HARMONY! By the end of the class you'll be refreshed, rejuvenated, replenished, and re balanced ready to go about your day.

VIBRATIONS, VIBRATIONS. I had my first Tuning Fork Chakra balancing with Dottie. The experience is amazing and I have been telling my friends about it.
