This MAN!! 🙏🏾🤑 being able to cherish moments with my children has been a blessing. Today we celebrate 🎉 19 YEARS! Not just a birthday but a rites of passage. I became a mother. I used to say every woman should have at least one child 😂

Micahyah has developed into an amazing man and I’m grateful to be able to nurture him along the way. Giving him space to use his voice and supporting him with his interests was easy 🥰 I promised myself that I would be a present parent…. And if I couldn’t be there, I made sure my presence was felt. We’ve had our challenges, but one thing about me- we talk, no matter how emotional it feels, and come up with solutions, so we can all be heard and get through. That’s what builds character.

Today is about you, son! Congratulations on everything that you have done so far and the vision that you see for yourself. This is just the beginning.

5 kids, 1 divorce, 10 years of medical school, ostracized from my family, excruciating period pain and severe burnout…. These experiences gave me FUEL to find a Better way. I don’t believe that God put us here to suffer. Instead, I KNOW that if you’re willing to put in the work, you can have anything you want! I choose to feel good, look good and smell good, so I do EVERYTHING in my power to make this a reality and YOU CAN TOO!!
