💜 Caregiver guilt has a way of making good people feel like they're never doing enough.
Caregiving can come with an invisible burden: guilt.
Guilt for not doing more.
Guilt for feeling tired.
Guilt for needing help.
Guilt for taking time for yourself.
But here's the truth:
The fact that you worry about whether you're doing enough is often evidence of how much you care.
You don't have to be perfect to be a good caregiver.
Showing up.
Advocating.
Loving.
Supporting.
Those things matter more than you may realize.
Today, take a moment to acknowledge something caregivers rarely hear:
You're doing better than you think. 💜
