Sometimes, the hardest part of facial rejuvenation isn’t the surgery. It’s giving yourself permission to do something for YOU.
This lovely lady in her 70s is genuinely one of the sweetest people I know.
She’s spent much of her life putting her family and community first. She’s active, full of life, and has so much more she wants to experience. But when she looked in the mirror, she felt that her appearance no longer reflected how she felt inside.
For someone who has always prioritized everyone else’s needs, even considering facial rejuvenation came with feelings of guilt and shame. Choosing to do something for herself wasn’t easy.
Today, she’s 3 months out from an endoscopic brow lift, deep plane facelift, and fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing.
Healing takes time. As her tissues have settled, we’re seeing a more rested, refreshed version of the same beautiful woman.
I also think her results illustrate something important: facial rejuvenation can produce significant improvements, but surgery cannot completely reverse decades of changes in skin quality, elasticity, and aging. And that’s okay!
The goal was never to erase her age or make her look like someone else. It was to help her look as vibrant as she feels.
Seeing her regain her confidence and return to the things that bring her joy has been incredibly rewarding. I’m so glad she decided that, after all these years of caring for others, she deserved a little care herself.
Thank you for trusting me with your journey and for graciously allowing us to share your results. It’s truly been a privilege. ❤️
