This case of the week highlights a 17-year-old patient just three months after rhinoplasty and only days away from starting her freshman year of college.

Her procedure was performed to improve both function and appearance. By refining a prominent nasal hump, narrowing the nasal bones, and lifting and reshaping the tip, we created a nose that complements her facial features while also improving airflow and breathing.

One of the most rewarding parts of rhinoplasty is seeing the transformation in confidence. When patients compare their before-and-after photos, they often see more than just a new nose.
