The theory behind vitamin vapes is that inhalation leads to faster absorption but because vitamin vapes lack nicotine, theyâre not required to undergo safety tasting. The very small amount of research on vitamin B12 inhalation (from the 50s and 60s) showed no additional benefit and the potential for lung damage - and was done using nebulizers, not ecigarettes.
In short- the science is shaky at best, these may be dangerous, and it could be a potential way to wean yourself off nicotine but we donât recommend it as a way to supplement.

However, the other side of the coin is that probiotic supplements also have their own quality control issues and arenât universally going to give you the gut benefits you want but thatâs a subject of another video (and one Iâve covered a couple times before!).
Iâd recommend you to eat a variety of fermented/cultured foods, plenty of fiber, and if you have a probiotic thatâs been making a difference, stick with it. The more you can do to boost your gut health the better!
