The most meaningful part of what we do is hearing about your experiences afterward.

Every gathering brings together people from different walks of life, each finding something unique in the experience.

Whether it’s your first sound immersion or your tenth, we’re grateful you continue to share these moments with us.

Your kind words and continued support mean so much to our growing community.

Have you joined us before? We’d love to hear about your experience in the comments.

This moment is for you.

Wherever you are, take a moment to stop.

Relax your shoulders.

Take a slow, comfortable breath.

Listen to the sound and allow yourself to be present.

Sometimes 20 seconds of stillness is all we need to remember to slow down.

Save this for another moment when life feels busy.

Never experienced a sound immersion? This might be your invitation.

Five reasons people love the experience:

1. An opportunity to slow down.
2. A moment away from everyday distractions.
3. Space to reconnect with yourself.
4. A different way to explore meditation.
5. The experience of sound in extraordinary spaces.

You don’t need any experience with meditation. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to listen.

Save this post and share it with someone who’s curious about sound immersion.
