After losing 120pds, I had skin removal surgery… and watching these clips back still feels unreal 🥹

I had a drain, swelling, slow days and a whole lot of patience between these two videos. I’m still healing, but I’m so grateful to be here.

I loved the woman in that first clip. She’s the one who kept showing up long before she knew what this chapter would ever look like 🤍

Working on a new goal 🏃🏻‍♀️‼️

Definitely have some work to do, but I’m confident that if I keep showing up and pushing toward it I can get there!

I had to stop several times to walk, but I’m glad to have a solid starting point.

I lost 125pds, but apparently I still haven’t lost the unsolicited body comments 😅

I’m finally feeling at home in my body. “You’re too skinny now” doesn’t feel great… even when it comes from concern.

“How are you feeling?” goes a lot further 💖

Let’s do a little skin removal surgery scar update shall we!? 😍😍😍

So happy with how I’m healing and I see improvements every week, and I’m getting more and more flexibility each day.

I feel so much confidence these days that I feel like I need to take it down a notch… 😅 but I’m just so grateful, thankful and blessed to be in this new body and this new life!

It’s my littlest son’s 8th birthday and we’re off to the beach to celebrate! 🌊☀️🌴 It’s supposed to be a SUPER nice and warm one and can’t wait to just have a nice relaxing day in the sun!

Today is 💉 day 96 and I’m like 🤯 that we’re almost at 100 of these things together! And man, SO much has changed since then.

I’m so forever grateful for this new life, one where I can be the mom I always hoped I could be. I feel like a kid again myself and love it so much!

Who would have ever known that 40 was going to kick off the best years of my life!? 😅
