This patient underwent a mastopexy augmentation, combining a breast lift with implants to address both shape and volume.

Because natural breast asymmetry is incredibly common, we selected different implant sizes for each side: Natrelle Soft Touch 275cc on the left and 310cc on the right. Both are smooth, round silicone implants with a moderate profile.

The goal isn’t identical numbers. It’s finding the combination that creates the most balanced result for your anatomy.

For this patient, an extended tummy tuck was paired with liposuction across the upper abdomen, waistline, mons, anterior flanks, back, and love handles.

The goal wasn’t to focus on one area in isolation. It was to look at the torso as a whole, removing excess skin while strategically contouring the surrounding areas to create a smoother, more balanced silhouette from front to back.

In total, 4,700cc of lipoaspirate was removed along with 3,224g of tissue during her procedure.

Body contouring is incredibly individual. The best surgical plan is the one designed around your anatomy and your goals.
