Not that it matters much to me what day of the week it is anymore. 💀

Update on the weight loss, I've stalled. I'm still on the starter dose though, so when I see my doctor next week I'm sure it'll be raised. The biggest side effect I've had so far is nausea. Lucky for me, I've got zofran. 🥹

Sorry I've been so quiet, I've been feeling absolutely terrible, for reasons that don't have to do with my surgery. That healing is going fabulous. My RA has been flaring and I'm in between medications at the moment. I'm also in fibromyalgia flare, and this fatigue is insane. My migraines also broke through the Ɓ0tox a month early.

So I've been in my little pain cave and haven't been updating. I did happen upon my claims total so far for this year. Wowza. This Healthcare system is completely whack. Yes, I've had a ton of treatment and even a surgery, but I feel like I have not much to show towards forward progress health wise. I appreciate every doctor I have, but it gets rather sad knowing that it's literally a crap shoot.

Anywho, take a gander at the total for the medical claims. Mind you, that's not counting my prescriptions. Just care. Insane!!!

Y'all. I CANNOT believe how beautiful my scar came out!!!! SASpine hit it out of the park, scored a touchdown, and hit a hole in one with how well he kept his oath to make it as pretty as possible. My incision begins ABOVE my tattoo. Can you even believe that?!?!?! Seriously, Dr. Cyr, thank you for giving me the optimal outcome. I am seriously grateful for you! Here's to 6 weeks in! 6 weeks to go till I can drive again!!!! 🥳🔥🫶💓

Sorry I've been so quiet. This week kicked my ass. My (deceased) dad's birthday, one of my dogs birthdays, I've been in a dark mental hole. I still am but I'm functioning. Kinda. I'm still healing up, the steri strip is still hanging on, and it's much the same every day.

I have a little more range of motion every day. I'm kinda impressed by how fast this seems to be going. Considering I had an open wound for 4 months with my bunionectomy, I'm suitably awed. Here's a video of a new trick my roommate taught my dog. Ta-ta for now!!! 🫶
