One of my favorite classes to teach, and one I only offer once or twice a year!

👀 Are entities showing up in readings… or are we interpreting the unknown through our own perception?

Not everything that feels unfamiliar or unsettling is necessarily what we think it is. Sometimes, what we perceive as something scary may have a completely different meaning.

Our experiences, beliefs, and understanding of the world can shape how we interpret the energies we encounter.

So, how much of what we perceive is the experience itself, and how much is the meaning we assign to it?

✨ Psychic vs. mediumistic: Is there really a difference?

One of the biggest questions in mediumship is understanding how we’re receiving information and who we’re actually communicating with. 👀

Psychic information can offer insight into someone’s life, emotions, and experiences. Mediumistic communication, on the other hand, involves an intelligent dialogue with Spirit where we can ask questions, receive responses, and build on the information coming through.

Just because information is accurate doesn’t automatically mean it’s mediumistic. Learning to recognize the difference takes experience, training, and a deeper understanding of your own clairs.

Can babies communicate independently in mediumship readings?

In my experience, absolutely.

This is a sensitive topic, but it’s also something that comes up often, and is important to talk about.

In Spiritualism, I’ve generally found that the belief is that babies can be presented by adult communicators in Spirit, but that they cannot independently communicate themselves.

My personal experience has been different.

Right now, I seem to experience babies coming through in two very distinct ways.

✨ The first and most common is that they appear to me as adults.

They may present as the age they might have been if they had continued growing in this life. Often, what tells me that I’m actually connecting with a baby is that they don’t have direct dialogue with me.

Interestingly, I’ve noticed that these babies appearing as adults tend to have a connection to the family or the family’s history. For example, a baby who was part of the family or someone connected to the family from a long time ago.

I don’t believe the lack of dialogue means they can’t communicate. If anything, I wonder if the way they present is simply how I’m being shown who they are and what I’m supposed to understand from the connection.

✨ The second way is completely different.

Sometimes a baby will come through looking almost like a little fairy. An ethereal, sparkling ball of light that floats around me and communicates directly.

And interestingly, this is something I’ve especially experienced when connecting with a client’s baby.

In these experiences, the communication can be incredibly clear, and I’ve received some phenomenal pieces of evidence that, to me, have demonstrated that these babies are absolutely capable of communicating independently.

Can animals come through independently in mediumship readings? 🐾✨

My answer is yes. I’ve experienced animals coming through in my sessions countless times, bringing their own unique energy, personality, and sometimes incredible evidence.

I also believe animals can work with us as spirit guides. Not just as “disguises” for human spirits. To me, reducing their presence to that takes away from the incredible intelligence, power, and spiritual awareness animals hold.

There’s so much we can learn from them, in life and in spirit. 🖤
