Have you ever made a life change that terrified you? I did when I had to give up my first career. I was scared out of my wits about it, I thought my life was was over.

Now I get to spend my days helping the humans in my community feel their best. A little perspective goes a long way!

Why don’t we do our favorite activities every day?
I’m going to be getting pretty technical later this month but I love Anecdotal Evidence, so we are going to be doing a bit of both.
Yesterday was a fully booked day in the office for me 🥰 always my favorite to hear about everyone’s long weekend!

Twice yesterday I heard a very similar sentiment from 2 humans in incredibly different seasons of their lives and it was this:
“I went out and did my favorite thing because I knew I had an Extra Day, AND I knew was coming in for my Massage to help me recover!”
They had something to help them if they were hurting. 🥹😭

Time and Space to meet your body where it’s at is so valuable, these 2 people had made a plan to support themselves with massage, because that was in place they had the confidence to go out and DO 🥲
