No call / no shows and last minute cancellations are becoming an issue! Tattoo artists depend on clients fulfilling their obligations. When a client cancels last minute or worse no call/no shows it's very difficult to get someone to fill that time slot and often times we just lose out on work. The artists at our shop depend on their clients showing up in order to pay our bills and take care of our families.

We understand last minute problems (illness, money, work etc) but some seem to be taking advantage of us not requiring a non Refundable deposit for such situations.

So from this point on we are now requiring a non refundable deposit in order to book a session. The deposit amount will depend on the total cost of the piece and the artist's preference.

If you show up for your appointment that deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

If a client cancels 48hrs before appointment the deposit will remain until it can be rescheduled.

Client cancels 24hrs before appointment 50% of the deposit is non refundable.

Last minute cancellations (LMC), the deposit will not be refunded or applied to the tattoo cost.

First LMC or no call/no show, deposit will not be refunded.

Second LMC or no call/no show a 50% non refundable deposit is required to reschedule. All previous rules apply.

Third LMC or no call/no show a 100% non refundable deposit is required to reschedule. All previous rules apply.

After the third LMC or no call/no show you will no longer be accepted as a client.

Ask your artist how to arrange the deposit.
