The CMD Health & Wellness office is officially open. Monday through Thursday, 6 - 8PM. Located in The Hines Building, 916 5th Ave, Suite 300B, in downtown Huntington. If you'd like to make an appointment, please visit our website, cmdhealth.org or call us at (304)360-3864.

A new season is here, and we’re excited to share expanded evening availability to make healthcare a little easier to fit into your schedule.

We are now available to see patients:
