There's medicine we are born with, medicine we learn, and medicine that arises through alchemizing our pain through lived experience.

Every emotion that presents itself is pointing you in the right direction for your deepest healing.
Don’t judge the feeling itself, and try not to judge yourself for feeling it.

When we love the most ‘unlovable’ parts of ourselves, that is when we get free.
Love is the answer.

The key to healing is to get real with yourself, feel your emotions honestly, and integrate every part of yourself that you have been ignoring, hating, judging.
Let your heart break if it needs to, I promise the light will pour into the broken parts and you will be OK.

This nation needs intercessors who will pray and hold the frequency of peace. intercessors who trust God and are not caught in the evangelical nationalist mind trap.
People with love in their hearts for God and people. ALL people.
Please, if you are a person who prays , who meditates, who has a heart for peace and empathy, join me in prayer for all of us, for our nation,and the world to heal from this blackhearted, evil violence.

May all of our hearts be filled with the kind of love Jesus demonstrated on earth, and continues to show us.
May our minds be filled with the peace he brings us.
May our integrity give us strength to flip the tables of the modern-day ‘money-changers’ and bring an end to the plans of all those who do harm.
May Holy Spirit bless us all with true wisdom, guiding us out of darkness and into the light of love.
May Christ consciousness heal our minds and bring us back to love, that we may truly and sincerely care for one another, love one another, stand up for those who cannot.
May God change our hearts and minds and bring each and every one of us back to love.
