Namaste- Namas-to bow/bend te=to you ššA student recently came up after class and ask why I donāt say namaste at the end of any of my classes.
Namaste šš¼ traditionally is a āgreetingā (to elders, teachers, guest) I donāt say it at āend of classā.
For me, itās a cultural responsibility to be a custodian of a living tradition.
I share this, just in case anyone else wondered and just never asked. please always feel free to ask if you need clarity on something I am saying or doing! That is what I am here to do. Teach. And I donāt mean just asana=poses.
