🚨 MAJOR VICTORY FOR THE H**P INDUSTRY! 🌿🇺🇸

WE WON THIS ROUND. 🔥

Congress just passed the Continuing Resolution with the h**p extension intact, stopping the federal h**p ban that was set to take effect November 12.

That means lawful h**p products can remain available while lawmakers continue working toward a long-term regulatory solution through December 11.

This is HUGE for:
🌿 H**p businesses
💨 Consumers
👨‍🌾 Farmers
🏪 Small businesses
🇺🇸 The entire American h**p industry

But make no mistake — the fight isn’t over.

December 11 is the next major deadline. Congress now has a chance to create clear, permanent rules for h**p instead of destroying an entire industry and putting thousands of businesses at risk.

Today is a victory. Now we keep pushing.

🔥 H**P ISN’T DEAD. THE FIGHT CONTINUES.

Share this so people know what just happened. ⬇️

Michigan didn’t become a cannabis powerhouse by accident.

A decade ago, most people pointed to California as the gold standard for cannabis. Today, Michigan has built a reputation for producing some of the highest-quality indoor flower in America while offering consumers some of the most competitive prices in the legal market.

Michigan’s legal cannabis industry has generated billions in sales, created thousands of jobs, and attracted consumers from neighboring states across the Midwest.

Meanwhile, states that continue to prohibit legal cannabis are watching tax revenue, business investment, and jobs cross state lines.

The question isn’t whether cannabis is part of the future.

The question is: Will your state benefit from it, or watch other states profit from it?

🍃 Michigan isn’t trying to be California.

🏆 Michigan is becoming the Midwest’s cannabis capital.

Do you agree that Michigan now produces some of the best indoor cannabis in America?👇

🚨 Georgia just became the 41st state to legalize medical cannabis.

Meanwhile, millions of Americans already have safe legal access — but patients in Indiana are still waiting. 🌿

Hoosiers are crossing state lines, businesses are losing billions, and patients are being left behind.

How much longer should Indiana wait? 👀

🚨 211 pounds of ma*****na seized in Fishers, Indiana… and two young Hoosiers are now facing serious charges.
Instead of this happening in the shadows, what if they could’ve just walked into a legal, regulated, taxed dispensary in Indiana and done business the right way? Or had an opportunity to open a small legal dispensary?
Fishers Police just took down Ian Heath and Brenden Grubb after a Snapchat sale led to a traffic stop on I-69. They found 211 lbs of ma*****na, thousands of THC carts, and a fi***rm.
These aren’t kingpins running a cartel. They’re Indiana guys caught moving product in a state that still hasn’t fully legalized what half the country already treats like a normal business.
This is exactly why prohibition is failing. It doesn’t stop cannabis — it just keeps putting young men in the system, clogs up our courts, and hands the profits to the black market (or neighboring states).
Let’s hope the judge shows some leniency for Ian and Brenden. (THEY DIDNT HURT ANYONE, ITS JUST CANNABIS)
Indiana deserves better. We deserve safe, regulated, legal cannabis retail so situations like this stop happening.
Tax it. Regulate it. Keep it out of the hands of kids and out of the court system for adults making adult choices.
Who’s ready for Indiana to finally join the 21st century on this?

05/13/2026

Indiana House of Representatives Majority Leader, State Representative Todd Huston, a prominent figure opposing cannabis reform in the state, will engage in a Q&A session with the Broad Ripple GOP Club on Wednesday at 5:30 pm at Quarter 925 E Westfield Blvd, Indianapolis. Attendees are encouraged to inquire about his stance on cannabis legalization.

Wow!

🚨 Indiana’s Gatekeepers on Ma*****na Reform: Who Gets to Block Progress?
The Indiana Board of Pharmacy just reviewed the federal push to reschedule ma*****na. No action yet — Indiana laws stay strict for now.
But here’s the key rule under Indiana law: If any board members object to aligning with federal rescheduling, they must publicly declare their dissent and trigger a full hearing process before the state can respond.
Who are these powerful board members deciding Indiana’s future on this?
• Matt Balla, R.Ph. – President
• Mark Bunton, R.Ph. – Vice President
• Steven Anderson, R.Ph.
• Mark Smosna, R.Ph.
• Jason Jablonski, R.Ph.
• Andrew Meador, C.Ph.T. (pharmacy technician)
• Kate Snedeker (consumer member)
These are the people who could force public hearings if they push back. Hoosiers deserve to know where they stand — especially as neighbors legalize medical ma*****na and Gov. Braun + some lawmakers signal openness.
Transparency now. No backroom decisions on something impacting patients, veterans, the economy, and criminal justice.
What do you think — should Indiana follow the federal lead on rescheduling, or keep fighting it? Drop your thoughts below. 👇
