Melissa Bunce, a Certified Aromatherapist & Herbalist, has created a line of hand blended essential oil products for the Body, Mind & Spirit. Only wild harvested or certified organic ingredients are used to uphold the highest quality for her customers. Melissa started teaching essential oil blending classes again in 2015. The initial class, The Basic 5 Essential Oils, focuses on the proper usage & storage of the oils she most loves. The goal is to have a total of 7 classes in the Level 101 series. My Unexpected Magical Evening! āœØ
Talk about an unexpected, beautiful series of events. šŸ’— I completely forgot to lower my umbrella when I closed the shop, so I had to head back before the storm. I had no idea it would turn into the most magical nature moment.

I ended up hanging out with a hummingbird moth while taking in the intoxicating aroma of over 30 blooming moonflowers. All of this unfolded as the lightening flickered in the sky and the rain began to fall. What was supposed to be a quick, 5-minute chore turned into a 30-minute meditation in the rain. Nature always knows exactly when to make us pause. šŸŒ§ļøšŸ¦‹šŸŒø

I honestly do not recall the last time it was this beautiful outside. Itā€™s days like this that make me appreciate being embodied so that my senses, heart & mind can enjoy it. Go outside and be. Give thanks for all of it. Warm your skin in the sun, UVB is gone so enjoy! Take your glasses & sunglasses off so your eyes can take in the high lux. Put your bare feet on the ground. Just be present in each moment. See all the beauty, as the trees sway with the wind and the leaves gently blow by. Hear the trees and leaves and wind. Smell the fall air. Take it all in and breathe, slowly and intentionally. Just be. I am sending love and awareness to you all ~ Melissa šŸ˜˜

Dear Essential Wellbeingsā€™ customers,
As a solo business owner, I do my best to communicate shop schedule updates clearly across every available platform. šŸ™ƒ My closures, and schedules changes as well as instructions for making appointments outside standard hours, are posted on my website, social media, shop voicemail, and Google profile.

Iā€™m sorry my schedule has caused frustration with some of you, but as a one-person operation navigating this year, relying on these communication channels are essential. While I am sorry to lose business, I remain deeply grateful to my local community for their ongoing patience, flexibility, and support.

When I say, ā€œcall me if you want to stop in outside of shop hoursā€, I mean it. If you arrive at my shop and I am not there, feel free to ring my camera doorbell and I will come in if available. I only live a mile away from my shop. I am juggling an intense homeopathic program, reclaiming my shop, which means redoing everything & cleaning up the chaos, all while being me and trying to enjoy my personal life and family. So thank you to those of you who get it. šŸ’—
