Sometimes, a change of plans turns out to be exactly what you needed!

This first-time client originally booked a 90-minute Sports Massage but decided to try Modern Thai Massage instead. And judging by their experience, it turned out to be a great decision! 🙌

Modern Thai Massage is a Thai-influenced therapeutic approach that combines assisted stretching, compression, and targeted deep tissue bodywork to help relieve stress, tension, pain, improve mobility, and restore functional movement. Sessions are performed fully clothed and adapted to each client's individual needs.

AUGUST: Hands That Heal, Hearts That Give 🥊❤️

August is my birthday month, so as I celebrate another year of life, I wanted to do something that gives back to the community in a meaningful way.

I'm excited and honored to partner with Coach Q of Undefeated Boxing, an incredible organization that mentors and develops young men through the discipline, character, and life lessons found in the sport of boxing.

Throughout the month of August, 15% of every massage therapy session will be donated directly to support the youth at Undefeated Boxing.

Your massage won't just help you feel better; it will help remove financial barriers that prevent young athletes from reaching their potential. This includes competition entry fees, USA Boxing memberships, travel expenses, boxing equipment, training gear, scholarships for athletes in need, gym expenses, and mentorship opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that no child misses the opportunity to train and compete simply because of financial hardship.

Coach Q's mentorship encourages these young men to grow into strong, disciplined, respectful, and resilient leaders. I couldn't think of a more meaningful way to give back! I'm so touched by what he does with these youth!

BODY TEMPERING | COLLEGE PITCHER ⚾️ — Let the weight do the work. 💪

Recently had the opportunity to work with a collegiate baseball pitcher, combining Body Tempering, Stretch Therapy, Sports Massage, and targeted Trigger Point Therapy using my Trigger Stick to support recovery, mobility, and the physical demands of pitching.

We started face down with Body Tempering through the upper and lower back, glutes, and hamstrings, using broad, sustained pressure to address muscular tension throughout the posterior chain.

From there, I used the Trigger Stick for focused trigger point work, spending additional time on his right side—his pitching side—throughout the shoulder complex, traps, neck, rhomboids, and scapular region. We continued down the body with Body Tempering through the calves, along with targeted trigger point work through the feet. After turning face up, the focus shifted to the front of the upper body. We addressed the pectoral muscles first, followed by focused work through the lats, targeting areas heavily involved in the mobility and mechanics of the throwing shoulder.

⚾️ The best part was hearing his feedback afterward. In the week following our Body Tempering session, he told me:

“I started throwing some of the best games of my life. My velocity went back up to 93 MPH.” 💪⚾️

In other words… bro went back to smoking them boys with those fireballs! 🔥⚾️🔥👀😂

Love hearing feedback like this from the athletes I get the opportunity to work with!
