Hello everyone! ❤️

I wanted to take a quick minute to give you an update on my current massage schedule. I’ve written a letter with a little more detail about what my scheduling will look like moving forward, but the short version is: I am currently booking about 6-7 weeks out, and with the holiday season approaching, that wait time may get a little longer.

I also want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting me with your care, for continuing to come back, and for referring your friends and family to me. Your support means more than you probably realize!

I absolutely love being a part of this community and getting to work with so many amazing people. I truly wouldn’t be able to do what I do without all of you.

I have killed every plant I have ever brought into my home. I have the opposite of a green thumb!

Dr. Kira at Iron Mountain Acupuncture and Wellness has given me hope that I can keep a plant alive. She gifted me a beautiful monstera plant that has, so far, stayed alive, and is sprouting new leaves!

Next time you are in my office you can see this beauty!

If you are looking to try acupuncture, I highly recommend her! She is who I trust with my care! And her space has more beautiful plants you can enjoy!
