The Sometimes Forgotten Hormone: PROGESTERONE. Progesterone tends to be working quietly behind the scenes while estradiol gets all the attention. But it’s a really important hormone and needed even if you don’t have a uterus. And here are the reasons: It can help with: Sleep Moods Decrease Autoimmune Response Help the conversion of out thyroid hormone T4 to T3 (which is the active form our cells can use) And believe it or not, it’s good for men too!

You’re on HRT… but you still don’t feel like yourself.

Maybe the weight is still creeping up. Your sleep is still off. Your energy still isn’t back. Brain fog is hanging around. You feel bloated and digestion is not great. And the things that worked for you 10 or 20 years ago just aren’t working anymore.

Here’s the thing: For many women HRT can be an incredibly important piece of the menopause puzzle — but it’s not the whole puzzle.

Your insulin, thyroid, iron and ferritin status, inflammation, gut health, cortisol, nutrient status, muscle and metabolism all matter too.

And sometimes, your labs are telling a story that no one has put together for you. It’s the stuff under the hood that’s being ignored.

That’s just one of the many things we do in my 28-Day Reset for Women of a Certain Age.

For 28 days, I’ll help you understand what’s happening in your changing body, what your labs may be telling you, and the everyday things you can do to support your metabolism, energy, sleep and overall health.

And we’ll do it together — with my guidance and a community of women navigating the very same terrain.

Because menopause changes the rules. And it’s time we learned the new ones.

Come join us for the 28-Day Reset for Women of a Certain Age.

Type “Reset” in the comments and I’ll send you a link to learn more about the 28 days.

Eat less + exercise more is not the full answer for perimenopause and menopause.

If your body suddenly feels like it stopped playing by the old rules, save this and send it to a woman who’s asking, “What changed?”

The problem is usually not you. It’s that you’re using an old set of instructions for a body that has changed.

In the Pause years, hormones affect insulin, sleep, cortisol, inflammation, muscle, bone, and how we store energy.

So instead of asking, “Why can’t I just do what used to work?”

Start asking:
What are my labs actually showing?
Is my thyroid optimal, not just “normal”?
What’s my stress doing to my body?
What does my body need now?

That’s the shift. Not a crash diet or another 'detox' that leaves you more confused.

Just better info, smarter choices, and support that fits this stage of life.

Menopause changes the terrain.
Maybe it’s time we change how we navigate it.

Doing everything that used to work — and it's not working anymore?

Menopause changes more than our hormones. It can change the way we respond to food, exercise, stress, sleep and even blood sugar.

My 28-Day Reset for Women of a Certain Age isn't about eating less and exercising more.

It's about learning to work with your body where it is, right now — with real food, smart movement, a community behind you and strategies designed for this stage of life.

Your body has changed. Your strategy needs to too. I'd love to show you how to love your body again.

The link to find out more is in my bio OR type Reset in the comments and I'll send you the link.

The rules changed. But you were not informed.

If you’re in the Pause years, you’ve probably noticed that your body has a mind of its own.

It’s not cooperating no matter what you do. Everything that used to work…isn’t.

You’re gaining weight. Your energy has tanked. Sleep is something you chase. Your lab results are not going in the right direction.

Eventually, it’s easy to throw your hands up and think, What’s the point? I get it!

But what if the problem isn’t you?

What if you’re simply trying to use an old set of instructions for a body that has changed?

Welcome to the Women Of A Certain Age 28 Day Reset

Where we’ll look at:
Food differently.
Movement differently.
Muscle differently.
Sleep and stress differently.
Hormones and metabolism differently.

And where we'll talk about the labs that can help us see what's actually happening underneath the hood—rather than assuming that another diet or a GLP is the answer.

This is not a 28-day crash diet.
There are no gold stars for eating 1,200 calories.

And I’m not interested in helping you lose five pounds only to gain seven back.

I want to help you understand the body you live in now.

If this is you, then join me and other women just like you. For $30 off use this code EarlyReset2026 until Monday-September 14th

Cindy Dupuie discusses the importance of measuring fasting insulin and its role in identifying health trends before they become clinical issues.
The key points are as follows:
• Insulin Testing: Fasting insulin is not typically included in standard metabolic panels run by conventional doctors.
• Medical Approach: Conventional medicine often focuses on treating conditions like high A1C or high glucose with medication once a disease has already developed, rather than addressing insulin levels earlier.
• Predictive Value: Monitoring insulin levels can indicate if an individual is heading toward pre-diabetes or diabetes up to a decade before a diagnosis occurs.
• Insulin Resistance: When the body struggles to process carbohydrates and sugar, insulin levels rise to compensate.
• Adaptive Response: The body is highly adaptable; if meals consistently spike glucose levels, the body will adjust by keeping fasting insulin higher to manage those spikes.

We spend so much time talking about surviving menopause...

But what happens after?

One statistic stopped me in my tracks:

The #1 cause of death in postmenopausal women isn’t cancer.
It’s heart disease.

This conversation with Cindy Dupuie is a powerful reminder that just because the hot flashes fade doesn’t mean your health journey is over. The biggest changes are often happening beneath the surface.

This is exactly why we need to stop thinking about menopause as an ending and start seeing it as the beginning of protecting our long-term health.
