🎙️ Sometimes, the best product features start as accidents.

Our Co-Founder & CEO, Amit Gir, MD, recently joined Karen Conway on The Space Between podcast to talk about patient experience, transparency, and better healthcare logistics.

And he shared a story from Phox Health's early days.

We accidentally gave patients real-time visibility into their delivery driver's location throughout the day. One of our early clients wanted us to turn it off immediately.

Turns out, patients didn't get the memo. They loved it. 😂

They could run errands, plan their day, and know when to expect their medications. That happy accident reinforced something we believe at Phox Health: Start with the patient and work backward.
