Join Reiki Master Teachers Krista Tew and Jina Daniels for REIKI 4 LIFE: Share · Meditate · Create, a new ongoing series of gatherings for Reiki practitioners to come together in community, deepen their practice, and explore new ways of experiencing Reiki in everyday life.
Each gathering will weave together three elements: Share through giving and receiving Reiki in community, Meditate through a Reiki-centered meditation, and Create through an intuitive creative practice inspired by a different Reiki theme.
Our first gathering, Just for Today, is an exploration of the Five Reiki Precepts—not simply as words learned during Reiki training, but as principles we can return to as a living, daily practice.
Together, we’ll experience the precepts through Reiki, meditation, reflection, and an intuitive mixed-media creative process, creating a personal piece inspired by your own relationship with Just for Today.
Open to Reiki practitioners of all levels. No art experience necessary.

Together, we’ll discuss the use of smoke for cleansing self and space, explore ancestral practices, and learn about local plants and trees that can be gathered and used with intention and respect.
During the workshop, you’ll create your own Sacred Smoke Bundle using locally sourced plants to take home, while learning ways to incorporate smoke and other cleansing practices into your own personal rituals.

I am always amazed by how profoundly the creative process can affect our wellbeing.

There is something that happens when we give ourselves permission to slow down, listen inward, and create without worrying about what the finished piece will look like.

At our recent Creative Muse New Moon heARTual, we gathered in the energy of new beginnings—not to make “good art,” but to follow curiosity, intuition, movement, color, and whatever wanted to emerge.

And somewhere in the process of making, something shifts.

We soften.
We notice.
We express what we may not yet have words for.
We reconnect with parts of ourselves that can get lost in the noise of everyday life.

This is why I believe creativity can be so much more than something we do.

It can be a practice of presence.
A way of listening.
A way of returning to ourselves. ❤️
