The core is often mistaken for just the abdominals, but it actually includes the pelvic floor and the muscles all the way around the torso. In this workshop, we’ll learn how to activate and connect these muscles to create true, powerful support in your practice.
We’ll begin with specific core work, then take what we learn into standing poses, backbends, and inversions to experience how a strong, connected core can transform the way you practice. This practice is for all levels and a great way to build a foundation for a strong, safe and effective long lasting practice.

Gratitude shout-out to everyone who came out today and filled our space with so much love.
And a special thank you to Shannon Leigh Lucas for giving us a beautiful reason to come together, move with intention, and support such an important cause.

Today was a reminder of the power of community and coming together for something bigger than ourselves. Thank you all for showing up and helping us raise funds for cancer research. Together, we can make a difference.

Join us on October 17 for a special Yoga Flow Fundraiser dedicated to supporting leukemia and breast cancer research.

This all-levels class will combine mindful movement, breath, strength, and connection in a supportive community setting. Come move your body, honor those whose lives have been affected by cancer, and help support research that brings us closer to better treatments and a cure.

3-4 pm

All levels are welcome. Bring your mat, bring your heart, and come be part of a morning centered around movement, community, hope, and making a difference.

All proceeds benefit leukemia and breast cancer research. ❤️
