HealthChiefs

One week, Jacksonville. 🍸 The RSVP list for our October 22 HealthChiefs evening at The Capital Grille is looking VERY good.

We could tell you again about the premium cocktails and appetizers. Or that HealthChiefs is private, invite only and strictly no selling. But the real reason to come is much simpler: the people.

Healthcare is a relationship business, and there is still no substitute for being in the room with smart people you respect, reconnecting with people you already know and meeting a few you should. Our thanks to One Harbor Alliance for presenting the evening.

If your name isn’t on the list yet, now is the time. RSVP for HealthChiefs Jacksonville: https://healthchiefs.org/events/jacksonville-october-2026

Two weeks until HealthChiefs Jacksonville. 👀

If you’ve been to one of our evenings before, you know why people come back. If you haven’t, October 22 is a pretty good night to find out.

We’ll be at The Capital Grille with healthcare leaders from across the region for premium cocktails and appetizers, relaxed conversation and an evening where the only real agenda is getting to know the people in the room.

No selling. No presentations. No collecting 47 business cards you’ll never look at again.

Just a really good room.

Thank you to One Harbor Alliance for presenting our Jacksonville fall event.

What a night in Tampa! 💙

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday for HealthChiefs Tampa. Once again, this incredible healthcare community showed us what can happen when you bring great people together and simply give them the space to connect.

No panels. No presentations. Just appetizers, cocktails, meaningful conversations, new introductions and relationships that continue well beyond one evening.

A special thank you to our sponsors for helping make the evening possible. Your support allows HealthChiefs to continue creating these experiences for healthcare leaders across Florida.

And finally, thank you to Nicole Bradberry and Mike Shumer for building something truly special. What started as an idea for a different kind of healthcare gathering has become a community people genuinely want to be part of. That doesn't happen by accident.

To everyone who attended, sponsored, connected and helped make the night such a success: thank you. We can't wait to do it again.

Enjoy. Connect. Inspire.

Live from Tampa ...

09/17/2026

Tonight, Tampa. 🍸 HealthChiefs is at Sal Y Mar tonight from 6:30 to 10:00 PM, bringing together Florida healthcare leaders for premium cocktails, appetizers and the kind of conversations that are much easier to have when nobody is trying to sell you something.

Our thanks to Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. for presenting tonight’s event and helping make it possible.

If you’re registered, we’ll see you tonight. If you’re not? There may still be time to fix that. 😉

Would you drive a couple of hours for one really good healthcare conversation?

What about a room full of them?

That’s the idea behind HealthChiefs . We’re intentionally creating something different from another conference, another networking event or another evening where you spend half your time being pitched.

This Thursday at Sal Y Mar, Florida healthcare executives will come together for premium cocktails and appetizers, genuine fellowship and conversations with peers they may not otherwise have the opportunity to meet.

Private. Invite only. No selling.

So yes, if you’re in Orlando, Sarasota, Lakeland, Jacksonville or elsewhere within striking distance of Tampa, we think it’s worth the drive. 😉 Thank you to Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. for presenting the evening and helping us bring this community together.

On September 11, 2001, we saw courage in its most selfless form. 🗽

First responders, healthcare professionals and ordinary people stepped forward in the middle of unimaginable tragedy to help someone else. Twenty-five years later, we honor their courage and remember every life that was taken far too soon.

Today, we remember. ❤️🤍💙

One week from today, HealthChiefs is taking over Sal Y Mar in Tampa. 🍸 If you’ve been waiting to decide whether to make the trip, here’s our vote: come.

HealthChiefs evenings bring together Florida healthcare leaders in a way that’s increasingly hard to find. It’s invite only, there’s no selling, and there’s no agenda to sit through. Just premium cocktails and appetizers, a great setting, and a room of peers with time to actually talk. We’ve seen what happens when the right people get into the same room, and Tampa is shaping up to be another very good night.

Healthcare transformation doesn't happen because a policy changes. It happens because leaders decide to change with it.

The conversation around Medicare reform and accountable care continues to evolve, and one theme stands out throughout this discussion from industry leaders:

There is still unfinished business.

Whether it's improving benchmarks, expanding physician participation, or creating sustainable care models, the organizations that will lead tomorrow are having these conversations today.

These are exactly the kinds of ideas we enjoy exploring through the HealthChiefs community.

Health care fraud, new payment models and AI are all in play in evolution of accountable care
