Mobility vs Stability — you need both, just not in the same places.
Mobility is a joint’s ability to move freely through its full range of motion.
Stability is the ability to control that movement and resist unwanted motion.
When a mobile joint becomes stiff, the stable joint next to it is forced to move more — and that’s usually when compensations and pain show up.
Save this and share with someone who’s always stretching the wrong thing.
