Have you met Abby?👀

From childcare to front desk and now Member Services Manager!

Abby has grown right alongside Dynamis, and we’re hype to have her stepping into this new role.

She’s here for YOU! Whether you have questions, concerns, feedback, or ideas on how we can make Dynamis even better, Abby is your girl.

Our goal is to make sure every member feels heard, supported, and taken care of. So next time you see Abby, say hi and congratulate her on her new role! 🫶

Real people. Real results.

Tisha and Toya are long-standing personal training clients, training twice a week for their partner sessions. Sometimes they're ready to work, and sometimes they're ready to turn around as soon as they hit the parking lot. Regardless, they show up, work hard, and reap the benefits.

Partner training is the most cost-efficient way to train at Dynamis. You still get the individualized attention of 1-on-1s, but at a significantly cheaper price point. For $45 per person, per session, you and your training partner get to work towards your goals together. Do you have a bestie, family member, or significant other who keeps saying, "We need to start working out"? This is your sign!

Give us a call, book a consult (link in bio), or stop by to get started!

We had such a great time attending the FULFLEX Health & Safety Fair today! 💙

Thank you to FULFLEX for inviting Dynamis Athletics out and giving us the opportunity to connect with your employees and share a little about what we have to offer!

We love getting out into our community and encouraging others to prioritize their health and wellness! 💪

We're so excited to be offering this class again.

Bring your own mat if you'd like and a towel cause it gets sandy! Tag your pilates partner and put it on the schedule.🏖️
