Every yoga class you’ve bailed on was never a willpower

problem. It was a starting problem. ADHD and

neurospicy moms aren’t lazy or unmotivated. Your brain

just sizes up the whole task before you begin, and an

hour long class with all the setup is a mountain when

you’re already running on fumes. Snack sized practices

make starting easy, and starting is the whole game.

Zen Snacks is my on-demand yoga membership for busy,

overstimulated moms, with prenatal yoga, postpartum

yoga, and guided meditations made for the time you

actually have.

Doors open 11/11. The first 15 moms on the Snack Line

get the inaugural member price of $47/month, then it’s

$67/month. Members get the full on-demand library,

guided meditations, monthly zen in your inbox, and first

to know about in-person events.

Comment SNACK to save your spot. And tell me, how

many yoga videos have you saved and never started? No

judgment, mine is embarrassing.

Every yoga class you’ve bailed on

was never a willpower problem.

It was a starting problem.

Here’s what nobody explains to

ADHD and neurospicy moms.

Your brain sizes up the whole

task before you even begin.

A 60 minute class means finding

the time, finding the sitter,

finding the leggings, finding the

quiet. Your brain does that math

in half a second and says

absolutely not.

That’s not lazy. That’s how your

brain protects your very limited

energy. Smaller practices slip

right past that wall. Five or ten

minutes feels doable, so you

actually start. You actually finish.

And finishing gives you a tiny win

that makes you want to come

back tomorrow. Gentle

movement and breathing done

often is what helps your body

come down from high-alert

mode, not one perfect class you

keep saving for later.

That’s Zen Snacks. Snack sized

videos that are exactly what you

need in the time you have, with

prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga,

and guided meditations made for

overstimulated moms.

Doors open 11/11. The first 15

moms on the Snack Line get the

founding member price of

$47/month, then it’s $67/month.

Members get the full on-demand

library, guided meditations,

monthly zen in your inbox, and

first to know about in-person

events. Comment SNACK to

save your spot. And tell me, how

many yoga videos have you

saved and never started?

No judgment, mine is

embarrassing

“I’ll start when things calm down” is the most relatable lie

moms tell themselves. Things don’t calm down in this

season. Pregnancy, newborn days, toddlers, school

mornings, the sock emergency. If you’re waiting for a

quiet window to take care of yourself,

your body stays in high-alert mode the whole time you

wait.

You don’t need a calmer life to feel calmer. You need

practices that fit the life you’ve actually got.

That’s what makes at-home yoga work for

neurodivergent moms: something small enough to do

today, not someday.

Zen Snacks is my on-demand yoga and meditations

for overstimulated, neurospicy moms. Snack sized

videos that are exactly what you need in the time you

have.Launching 11/11, the luckiest little date on the

calendar.

You’ll get the access to all my videos on demand,

guided meditations, monthly zen in your inbox, and first

access to in-person events.

peeks

If nap time keeps turning into dish time,

you’re not doing self-care wrong.

You’re just being handed the wrong kind of self-care.

Most yoga for moms assumes you have an hour, a quiet

room, and a brain that can switch gears on command.

Busy ADHD and neurospicy moms don’t have that.

Starting is the hardest part, and a 60 minute class

feels like a mountain when you’re already

running on fumes.

Snack sized practices lower the

bar so your brain will actually start. No setup, no pep

talk, no guilt when someone interrupts.

Just a few minutes that leave you feeling

more like a person and less like a snack dispenser.

That’s why I made Zen Snacks, my new on

demand yoga membership. Snack sized videos that are

exactly what you need in the time you have, made for

pregnant and postpartum moms who need to

decompress without a babysitter or a schedule.

Doors open 11/11. Make a wish, then make it happen.

Only the first 15 moms on the Snack Line get

the inaugural member price of $47/month before it goes

up to $67/month.

That includes the full on-demand library,

guided meditations, monthly zen in your inbox, and first

to know about in-person events.

Being touched out and overstimulated

isn’t a you problem, it’s a no-break-for-

months problem.

When you’re a neurodivergent mom,

pregnant or postpartum, your brain is

processing noise, needs,

and to-do lists all day long with zero off

switch. By bedtime you’re fried but too wired

to rest.

That’s your body stuck in high-alert mode,

and it doesn’t wait for a free hour to need

help coming down.

Here’s the part that surprises everyone.

Your body responds to small moments of

calm done often,

not one big perfect class you keep

postponing. A few minutes of breathing and

gentle movement,

repeated, gives your body more chances to

settle than an hour you never actually get.

That’s what Zen Snacks is. Snack sized

videos that are exactly what you need in the

time you have,

from prenatal yoga to postpartum yoga to

quick guided meditations for overstimulated

moms.

Zen Snacks opens 11/11, because if any date

was made for making a wish, it’s that one.

The first 15 moms to join the Snack Line lock

in the inaugural member price of $47/month,

and after that it goes to $67/month.

Members get the full on-demand library,

guided meditations, monthly zen in

your inbox, and first dibs on in-person events.

Exactly what this mama needed 🥹💛 Thank you Duval

Birth Company for the most beautiful postpartum

retreat. A whole day of slowing down, being cared for,

and connecting with moms who just get it.

My cup is full, my nervous system says thank you,

and I didn’t have to share a single snack. 10/10,

would retreat again.

A 60-minute yoga class is not self care when

you get interrupted every 4 minutes.

Zen Snacks is my new on-demand yoga

membership for pregnant, postpartum, and

neurospicy moms who feel overwhelmed,

overstimulated, and guilty for never finishing

a full class. Every video is short enough to

squeeze into nap time, bath time, or the five

quiet minutes before someone yells your

name.

Here’s what’s coming inside the library.

Quick prenatal yoga flows for every trimester

that work on the floor, the couch, or the bed.

Gentle postpartum yoga that meets your

body where it is right now, with zero bounce-

back pressure. Short meditations for ADHD

brains that hate sitting still.

Touched-out resets for days when your body

is stuck in high-alert mode and you need to

come down fast.

Grab one video at a time or unlock the whole

thing.

Everything is made by a certified pre and

postnatal yoga teacher and ADHD mom of

three who has done yoga with a toddler

hanging off her leg.

Comment SNACK to get on the waitlist before

doors open, and follow so you catch the

sneak peeks of what’s inside.

Nobody warns you that postpartum hair loss can make

your shower drain look like a small, sad wig.

Here’s what’s actually happening. During pregnancy,

hormones keep hair in its growth phase, so the strands

that would normally shed just… stay. After birth those

hormones drop and all that saved-up hair lets go at once,

usually around 3 to 4 months postpartum.

It’s a bit like a mama bird plucking her own feathers to

line the nest. Your body didn’t break. It was busy taking

care of someone before you even asked it to.

What helps is giving your body a little care back, even in

tiny doses. That’s why I made Zen Snacks, my on-

demand yoga library of bite-sized videos for

overwhelmed, overstimulated, neurospicy moms. No

hour-long class or perfect nap schedule needed, just a

few minutes of gentle postpartum yoga to help you

breathe, reconnect, and trust your body again instead of

fighting it.

If you’re in a season where your postpartum body feels

unrecognizable, DM me SNACK to get in line, and save

this for the next time the shower drain scares you.

Yoga doesn’t have to be an hour long to

count. It can be two minutes,

a few breaths, and one stretch

tucked into the middle of your

actual life. I’m a mom of three and

a prenatal and postpartum yoga

teacher, and my neurospicy brain

has never once found a spare hour.

So I started treating yoga like snacks:

small, frequent, and right there

when I need them. . Bite sized yoga

for busy moms, wherever you are:

In the car line (parked and in park)

Seated cat cow. Hands on your knees,

round and arch with your breath.

Gentle open twist. Turn toward the door,

not across your belly, and look out the

window like you’re in a music video.

In the kitchen

Counter stretch. Hands on the counter,

walk your feet back, and let your back

lengthen while the microwave hums.

Hip sways. Feet wide, soft knees,

rock side to side like you’re slow

dancing with the dishwasher.

During feeds, naps, or bath time

Ear to shoulder. Let your head get

heavy and give your neck a break

from carrying everyone’s everything.

Ankle circles and foot pumps.

Lovely for swollen pregnant feet

and tired postpartum legs.

Right before bed

Hand on belly, long exhale. In for four,

out for six, so your body gets the

memo that the day is finally over.

Skip anything that doesn’t feel good

in your body right now, whether

you’re in your first trimester, your third,

or somewhere deep in the postpartum

fog. Small movement is still real

movement.

Zen Snacks are coming soon,

bite sized yoga breaks for pregnant

and postpartum moms who don’t

have a spare hour. DM me “snack”

to get in the snack line, and follow so you

don’t miss the drop.

I’m building yoga that ends

before your nap gets interrupted. 😴

Because let’s be honest. 💁🏻‍♀️

The “hour-long” nap is a myth. So is the hour-long yoga class.

Zen Snacks are short prenatal

and postpartum yoga sessions made for real mom life,

especially for overstimulated and neurodivergent moms

whose brains have 47 tabs open.

Some last as long as a coffee reheat. ☕.

The longest ones? About 30 minutes.

Roughly the length of a supposed-to-be-hour nap.

No guilt about missing a full class. No 20-minute

warmup before the good part.

Just quick yoga for moms to

come back to your body,

whenever the window opens.

The Snack Line is officially open. 🧘‍♀️

Grab your spot through the link in my bio,

and comment SNACK so I know you’re in line. 🍪

Follow so you don’t miss whenthe doors open.
