We are SO excited to welcome Lacey, our newest Licensed Massage Therapist, to The Red Thread team! ❤️

And even better? Her schedule is officially OPEN and she’s ready for bookings!
Lacey has always had a passion for health and fitness, which naturally led her to a career in massage therapy. She loves helping people feel their best and discovering natural ways to support the body’s healing process.

Love a stronger massage? Lacey might be your girl! With a naturally firmer touch, Lacey especially enjoys therapeutic and sports massage, helping clients find relief from everyday aches, muscle tension, and physical discomfort while supporting their overall health and wellness.

Outside of the massage room, you’ll find Lacey at the gym, exploring a new restaurant, spending time outdoors, or making memories with friends and family.

She’s also a big fan of hiking and traveling, so don’t be surprised if she asks about your favorite vacation spots!

Our Salt Cave at The Red Thread is one of our favorite places to do just that.

With zero gravity chairs, warm salt foot domes, soft lighting and the benefits of Himalayan salt, it’s an opportunity to rest while giving your body a little extra care.
