🤠🐎 HORSES DON'T LIE. AND NEITHER DOES BODY LANGUAGE.
A horse can tell you a whole lot without ever saying a word.
Watch their ears. Their eyes. Their breathing. Their tail. Their posture. Even the way they shift their weight.
After years of working with horses and using high-powered PEMF, I've learned to pay attention to the little things.
A lowered head. Softer eyes. A relaxed stance. A deep breath. Licking, chewing, yawning, or simply letting go.
AND YOU KNOW WHAT? PEOPLE AREN'T MUCH DIFFERENT!
Working with horses has taught me how to read people, too.
During a PEMF session, I watch facial expressions, body language, breathing, and behavior.
A grimacing face begins to soften. Someone who was quiet starts talking. Someone who couldn't relax begins laughing.
Others get sleepy, close their eyes, yawn repeatedly, or drift off to sleep.
Sometimes their breathing becomes deeper and slower. Their shoulders drop. Their entire body begins to relax.
THOSE LITTLE CHANGES TELL ME SOMETHING.
And that's another reason ONE FULL HOUR MATTERS!
The body doesn't operate on a stopwatch. Some responses happen early. Others take time.
A 15- or 20-minute session might end before I've had the opportunity to observe those changes, make adjustments, and allow the session to continue.
With a full 60 minutes, I have time to watch, listen, observe, and individualize the experience.
I'm not just running a machine for an hour. I'm paying attention to the individual receiving PEMF.
After more than 5½ years and thousands of hours working with high-powered PEMF, I'm still amazed by what I see.
Every horse is different. Every person is different. Every session is different.
Horses don't know what PEMF is. They haven't read the research. They don't know what the session costs.
They simply respond to what they're experiencing.
And people often do the same.
🤠 HORSES DON'T LIE. YOUR BODY COMMUNICATES, TOO.
That's why I watch the body, not just the clock.
