Leslie joined our team on October 3, 2022, as our Quality Specialist; since then, it's hard to imagine TriForLife without her. Leslie is the kind of person who makes work feel less like work. She's patient when the day gets hectic, kind to everyone she meets, and always willing to stop what she's doing to help or teach you something new. She's the first to cheer on a coworker's win and the one you can count on when things get tough. Congratulations to one of the best teammates anyone could ask for.

🎉 Celebrating 8 years of Lisa Jenkins at TriForLife!

TriForLife became stronger, better and brighter when Lisa walked through the doors on September 4th, 2018. As our Director of Finance and Human Resources, she's been the steady hand behind two of the toughest jobs in the building, often at the same time, and she's never once let one slip for the other.

Lisa runs a budget like she means it and holds a hard line when the numbers need it — no exceptions, no excuses. But walk into her office on a hard day and you'll find the other half of her: the person who remembers your kid's name, who checks in when something's off, who makes sure people feel taken care of and not just managed. That combination — the discipline to protect this company and the warmth to protect its people — is rare, and it's exactly why TriForLife is still standing eight years later.

Here's to Lisa: for the late nights closing out the books, for advocating fiercely for her team, and for eight years of showing up as both the toughest and the most caring person in the room. We wouldn't be who we are without you. 🙌
