WANTED: This scale knows a number—and thinks it knows everything. đŸ˜Žâš–ïžđŸ˜‚

It didn’t notice the stairs getting easier.
It missed the walks getting longer.
And that routine you’ve been sticking with? No comment.

Weight can be useful information, but it doesn’t tell your whole story. Your strength, daily habits, and health deserve attention, too.

What’s one accomplishment you’re proud of that has nothing to do with a number? 💛

Your blood sugar spiked after eating. Should you be worried? 👀

Not necessarily.

Your blood sugar naturally rises after a meal. But one elevated reading doesn't tell the whole story.

What matters is the bigger picture:

đŸ©ș How high your glucose rises
⏱ How long it stays elevated
đŸ„— What and how much you eat
😮 Your sleep and stress levels
đŸš¶ Your movement and daily habits
📊 Your overall glucose patterns and medical history

At AWAREmed, Dr. Dalal Akoury believes in looking beyond isolated numbers to understand the whole person.

Because your health is more than a single reading.

Swipe through to understand what your glucose patterns may be telling you.

💬 Have you ever been surprised by a blood sugar reading?

📌 Save this post for future reference.
↗ Share it with someone interested in metabolic health.

Educational information only. Individual glucose targets vary, and persistent high readings or concerning symptoms should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.

WANTED: Coffee. Charge: Impersonating breakfast. ☕🔎

We love its enthusiasm—but one cup can’t do the whole job. 😂

If coffee has become your entire morning menu, try giving it a simple partner:
đŸ„š Eggs on whole-grain toast
đŸ„Ł Plain yogurt with berries
🍞 Whole-grain toast with nut butter

Busy mornings don’t need a complicated meal. Start with something practical that fits your needs.

What breakfast would you pair with our lovable suspect? 👇

WANTED: Estrogen, for stealing the spotlight. 👀🔎

But before we name the culprit, let’s hear the whole story.

Changes in your cycle, sleep, mood, and energy can have several explanations. You deserve a conversation that considers what’s changed, how long it’s been happening, and how it affects your day.

At AWAREmed in Johnson City, Tennessee, personalized care starts with listening—not jumping to a label.

Share this with someone who needs the reminder: your symptoms deserve attention. 💛

Before you scroll into another late night
the Sleep Thief has a confession. 👀⏰
“Just one more video” is its favorite invitation.

Tonight, try one small reset: put your phone out of reach and give yourself time to wind down. You don’t need a perfect routine to begin. 💛

Who else falls into the “five more minutes” trap?

Every doctor we mentor will one day make decisions without us in the room.

That is why teaching carries such a profound responsibility.

I want the next generation of physicians to understand deeply, question thoughtfully, and make decisions with both knowledge and compassion.

I want them to feel confident enough to speak up, humble enough to recognize uncertainty, and curious enough to keep learning throughout their careers.

And I want them to remember that every diagnosis belongs to a person with a life, a family, and a story.

To me, the lasting purpose of physician leadership is to prepare others to carry medicine forward—and to help them become generous teachers themselves.

That is what makes medical education and meaningful exchange between Egyptian and international physicians so valuable.

A patient’s trust should last long after they return home.

That belief will guide my conversations at **MIMTC Abu Dhabi 2026, November 26–27**, where I look forward to speaking and connecting with healthcare leaders.

As a physician and entrepreneur with Egyptian roots and international experience, I am committed to building partnerships that support patients, families, and the professionals caring for them.

Clear communication, shared expertise, and continuity of care are essential to that work. I look forward to exploring how we can put these priorities into practice together.

Joining us at MIMTC? Send me a message—I look forward to connecting in Abu Dhabi.

đ—Ș𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗗: a scale hiding half the evidence.❗

Weight can be useful information, but it does not measure strength, energy, waist size, sleep, or how well you are living. A healthy plan looks at the whole person.

What improvement have you noticed that the scale cannot show?

Sugar sometimes hides in the drink you barely notice. Take a look at the label on your usual coffee drink, tea, soda, or juice.

A small change in what you sip can be an easy place to start when building healthier habits. No guilt—just useful information.

Egypt’s next great opportunity may not be another building.

It may be what happens inside it.

Healthcare and medical tourism have the potential to become more than services. They can become an economic ecosystem — attracting international patients, global expertise, strategic partnerships, investment, and new opportunities for Egypt.

Egypt already has powerful assets: exceptional medical talent, sophisticated private-sector leadership, world-renowned hospitality, geographic advantage, and a global Egyptian community with relationships, expertise, and capital.

The opportunity is to connect those assets — and scale them.

This September, I am opening a limited number of strategic conversations in Egypt with investors, developers, healthcare leaders, family offices, and decision-makers who think beyond individual projects and see platforms, industries, and economic ecosystems.

The question is not whether Egypt can participate in the global healthcare economy.

The question is how large a role Egypt chooses to play.

My vision is clear: position Egypt as a global destination for healthcare and medical tourism while creating economic value, international partnerships, and lasting impact.

From Egypt to the world.
From the world to Egypt.

For those who see the opportunity — let’s start the conversation.
