Not all TMS is the same.

At Pivot Integrative Health, we use MagVenture TMS technology with Theta Burst Stimulation, allowing us to deliver TMS treatment in approximately 3 minutes per session.

For patients completing treatment multiple days each week, those minutes matter.

But technology is only part of quality TMS care. Appropriate evaluation, individualized treatment planning, accurate mapping, and clinical oversight all matter, too.

So when you're considering TMS, don't just ask:
“Do you offer TMS?”

Ask what technology is being used.
Ask how long treatment takes.
Ask how your treatment plan is determined.
Ask who is overseeing your care.

When you ask to speak directly to your provider… and they’re all a little busy. 😂

Our providers spend most of their day doing exactly what you want them doing — seeing patients, reviewing treatment plans, documenting care, and managing clinical needs.

That’s why we have a nursing team at Pivot.

They help gather information, answer questions when they can, communicate with providers, and make sure messages get where they need to go.

So if you don’t get your provider directly when you call, it doesn’t mean you’re being ignored — it usually means they’re with another patient, and our nursing team is helping keep everything moving behind the scenes. 💚

Spravato® treatment at Pivot is designed with both clinical care and patient comfort in mind.

Our treatment spaces are private, calm, and intentionally set up to help patients feel supported throughout their visit.

Spravato is an FDA-approved treatment option for certain adults with treatment-resistant depression and depressive symptoms associated with major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation or behavior. Treatment is administered in-office with required monitoring afterward.

What does TMS treatment actually sound like?

That clicking sound is a normal part of treatment.

Most patients describe the sensation as a tapping feeling on the scalp.

TMS is noninvasive, requires no anesthesia or sedation, and you remain awake and alert throughout treatment.

TMS is FDA-cleared for depression and OCD, and may also be used to address anxiety symptoms.

Congratulations to Elizabeth “Beth” Snow, Ed.S., LPC, on completing advanced training through PRATI and becoming PRATI-certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

PRATI, the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute, provides specialized education for licensed medical and mental health professionals working with ketamine-assisted and psychedelic-assisted therapies. The training emphasizes preparation, integration, ethical practice, clinical care, and best practices for supporting patients throughout the treatment process.

Beth’s certification reflects a meaningful investment in advanced clinical training and further strengthens the Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy services available at Pivot Integrative Health.
