𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐭.🚀

I just watched 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘏𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘺, and I’m convinced the main character’s name, Grace, was no accident.

Everything that happened to him happened so that he would be the one to go on the mission. He didn’t want to go. It was a one-way trip. But it had to be him.

Why? Because the mission needed an open mind. A flexible mind. A mind that wasn’t locked into one way of seeing things.

Every sudden movement startled him, and he met it with fear.
But in the very next moment, he bounced back with curiosity, determination, and enthusiasm. He got creative. Whatever the question was, he found his way to the answer.

I won’t give any more away. Just watch it. With your family, your friends, your colleagues. Just watch it.

Here’s what it stirred up in me:
In Human Design, your chart shows your strengths, your challenges, and your purpose. And I believe too many of us are walking around right now not living ours.

They say life doesn’t come with instructions.

Actually, it does. ✨

Today, under the New Moon in Libra, I’m launching Instructions Included, a new home for my Human Design work. 🌑

Here’s something I’ve noticed in nearly everyone I’ve worked with: we know when something needs to shift. We feel it. What we rarely know is what, exactly.

So we reach for big changes. Start over. Clean slate. Become someone new.

But most of the time, the answer is quieter.

This New Moon falls in Libra, the sign of balance, partnership, and the give-and-take between what we need and what others need from us. It invites a gentle but honest question:

What’s quietly out of balance in your life?

You may not need a whole new life. You may just need to stop doing one thing that’s been draining you for years. Saying “let me think about it” instead of an automatic yes. Asking for help. Letting someone else be uncomfortable for once.

Because peace that only works when you disappear isn’t really peace. 🍁

Have you ever reacted to a feeling, then told yourself, "Well, that's just how I felt"?

During Venus retrograde, Venus comes closer to Earth than at any other time. It's as if our hearts get turned up to full volume. That's beautiful, and it can also be overwhelming. When feelings get that big, we often slip into old patterns. We want closeness but push someone away. We want reassurance, so we demand an answer before the other person can give one.
Today, Mercury meets Venus, and the stories we tell ourselves about love come into focus.

Here's something I've been thinking about. We hear a lot of "just love yourself more" advice. Rest, bubble baths, self-care. Those things matter. But astrologically, comfort and rest belong to the Moon. Venus asks a deeper question: is the life I'm living true to who I am?

A spa day won't answer that. Only honesty will.
Venus's symbol is the mirror, and not for vanity. It's there to show us ourselves. Over a lifetime, conditioning fogs that mirror until we can't see our own reflection anymore.

That's exactly what Human Design calls deconditioning: gently clearing away who we learned to be for or from others, so who we really are can shine through.
For me, detachment has been one of my biggest challenges.

Detachment from a belief, an idea, even a desire. Society, the people we looked up to growing up, and our peers all told us exactly which boxes we had to check to be in a relationship, to be in love. I was miserable until I let go of all of that. Freedom comes in like a breath of fresh air when we detach from those old rules.

Maybe they served you once, but did they serve you well? Are you happy? Are you healthy? Is your life what you want it to be?

When I detached from everything I'd been told and believed, I was free to feel what I was feeling, without judgment, without expectations that had to be met, without suppressing my true feelings. This is about honesty and living a life of integrity. It's not about living a life dictated by anyone or anything else.

Today, notice the story you tell about your relationships. Is it flattering ("I just give too much") or defeating ("it's always my fault")? Either one can keep you from seeing something new.

Has someone from your past been on your mind lately?

You're not alone. Venus is retrograde, and this week she moves back into Gate 44 in Human Design, the Gate of Alertness. It carries memory: the people, patterns, and moments we've carried forward. It's no surprise old faces are showing up in our thoughts.

It's easy to assume a returning thought means we miss someone. Sometimes we do. But often the person is connected to something we never fully understood. Maybe we miss who we were around them. Maybe we miss feeling so sure. Maybe the relationship ended, but the question it raised never did.

So here's a question worth sitting with: if you could have just one thing from that time back, what would it be? The person? The feeling? The possibility? The version of yourself you were becoming?

The answer can change the whole meaning of the memory.

The Sun is in Gate 57 right now. Gene Key 57 moves from Unease to Intuition to Clarity. That restless, can't-quite-let-it-go feeling may be your intuition asking you to look at something with new eyes.
And looking again isn't the same as going back. A relationship looks different once we're outside it. An old choice makes more sense once we know what came after. Something we once wanted desperately may turn out to be something we don't want at all anymore.
That's a kind of closure too.

Honestly, the person I've been missing is me. Back around 2018, I felt like I was growing, becoming more aware, and I finally discovered the beauty of silence. I felt abundance in every part of my life: in spirit, health, beauty, and finances. I want that feeling again. I know I'm loved, I'm connected to spirit, and my health is good. But the generous part of me, the part that loves to give freely, has been asking for more room to flow. And I can feel it coming. Laying the groundwork and building a foundation for abundance takes patience. It's all God. I trust in that, and I keep moving forward with a happy heart.

This week, try asking: do I want this back, or do I want to understand why it mattered so much?

You don't need the answer today. Sometimes a thought keeps returning because you're finally ready to understand it.

Today is a big one!

Venus turns retrograde for 40 days. Venus spends less time retrograde than any other planet, so when she turns back, we feel it in our relationships, our values, and our sense of worth.

In Human Design, she stations in Gate 1, the Gate of Self-Expression. The Gene Key 1 Shadow is Entropy: life going flat, love going on autopilot, us going quiet to keep things smooth. The Gift is Freshness.

Today, the Sun moves into Gate 57, Intuitive Clarity, with the Earth in Gate 51, Shock. Add Mars opposing Pluto today and the Sun opposing Saturn tomorrow, and you can expect a jolt.

Gene Key 51 moves from Agitation to Initiative to Awakening. Sometimes the shake-up is what finally wakes us up.

Many years ago I was walking to my car, and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was completely wrong about what I thought love was "supposed to be". Love can't be put in a box, wrapped in pretty paper, and tied up with a bow. It's infinite; it does not follow any constraints or beliefs. It is. It comes in every shape, form, and expression. "If caring and sacrifice are present, there is a spark of God." - Guruji Mahendra Trivedi. If you are waiting for someone to fit your idea of love, you will never be happy. Your dream might be right in front of you, unorthodox, well-dressed or not...no boxes will hold it. I let go of my beliefs, society's rules, fairy tales. I experienced a complete shift in that moment. That's what a Gate 51 moment feels like: a shock that sets you free. I stopped trying to sabotage one of the best things to ever happen to me. Something I very nearly rejected because it didn't fit the 'norm'.
