🙌🏼 It’s a wrap!! The Postpartum Wellness Workshop led by Ashlei Aweis OTD-S was a great success! Ashlei provided practical and science based tips for new Mom’s. We heard from physical therapist, Starla Denton, mental health therapists Rachel Wheeler Cantrell and Taelor Young, and Doulas from the Nesting Suite Tammie Richmond and Almetria Turner. The Well: Wellness for Women was the proud host of this event highlighting postpartum physical, mental, and occupational balance! Congratulations Ashlei Aweis for completing your Capstone with excellence!! 🎉💖

According to Cleveland Clinic, a Doula is a trained professional who can provide emotional and physical support to you while you are pregnant, during labor, and even postpartum.
