Keeping your body moving well is extremely important, not just for today, but for healthy aging in the years ahead. Maintaining strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and comfort all play a part, and you don’t have to figure out how to support those things on your own.

That’s exactly where Eastern Livity can help. With GYROKINESIS® exercise, yoga, MELT Method®, massage, and other ways to care for your body, we’re here to help you keep doing more of what you love at every age. ✨

Self-care doesn’t have to be some big ordeal. Sometimes it’s noticing you’ve been carrying tension for weeks and finally booking the massage. Other times, it's making it to class and realizing you feel better when you move. ✨

That’s a lot of what Eastern Livity is about. Come see it for yourself!

Ready to go from taking the class to leading it? A year from now, you could still be thinking about it, or you could have 200 hours of learning, growth, and experience behind you.

Yoga Teacher Training at Eastern Livity is your chance to deepen your skills, learn how to lead, and turn interest into opportunities that go far beyond the mat.

The enrollment window is open longer, with the YTT course now running from November to May, but don’t let “more time” become “maybe later.” Claim your spot. 🧘‍♀️✨

Libra season has us thinking about where we could use a little more balance, connection, and beauty in our lives. ♎️ Whether that brings you to a yoga class, a Full Moon Gathering, or a sound bath, there are plenty of ways to lean into the season at Eastern Livity. ✨

balance = yoga
relationships = group classes/full moon
beauty = sound baths

I’m Jonathan Steinberg from Eastern Livity and I’m pleased to be the Thai Massage Therapist at Yoga on the Mountain festival this October! This type of massage, which is often called “lazy person’s yoga” or “assisted yoga” is a perfect compliment to your YOTM experience. Book your ticket and stay, curate your ideal schedule and reserve your self care time with me now. There are only 10 sessions available, so now’s the time. Can’t wait to see you on the mountain.

The first day of autumn is coming soon. Feeling a little more tired lately? Stiffer? Less motivated? Just… off? 🍂

Join us around the Autumn Equinox for Kirtan + Cacao, a participatory experience combining intentional cacao with Kirtan's mantra music and call-and-response chanting led by Gershone & Gina.

Cacao, an amplifying plant medicine, can help create a sense of openness, presence, and connection, while the rhythm and repetition of Kirtan invite you out of your head and into the experience. Together, they offer a powerful way to refresh yourself and welcome the seasonal shift through sound, movement, and community.

Come chant, connect, and step into fall with us. ✨
