Mental health has always been something very close to my heart!!!
It’s one of the reasons I’ve been so intentional about the therapies I bring into Rise. Not because I believe one thing fixes everything, and not because I think healing looks the same for everyone, but because I know how deeply the mind, body, and nervous system are connected.
Sometimes people are carrying things you would never know by looking at them.
That is why it is my highest priority to create a place where people can come in, feel supported, and have access to tools that help their body slow down and regulate.
Our Dry Float, BrainTap, and now our new Sound Bed were all chosen with that in mind.
They are not meant to replace therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment when those are needed. They are simply another layer of support, a way to create space for rest, recovery, nervous system regulation, and a moment to come back to yourself.
Rise was never meant to be just a business to me.
It was meant to be a place where people could come to heal.
And on World Mental Health Day, I just want people to know that this part of our mission is very real, very personal, and very close to my heart!!!
We just never know what someone is carrying. Be kind. Mental Health Matters.
