Join us tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. at C.L. Hoover Opera House. Yoga will be led by Charmion in a class focused on upper and lower body stabilization, as well merging the need for stability with compassion and openness. Breathwork, longer-held poses, yin postures, qigong, and options for advanced poses will round out the fusion practice.

All levels and abilities are welcome. Mats and props are available to borrow. Please arrive 5-15 minutes early--15 if you didn't preregister online, which you can do here: https://www.wildunityks.org/book

It starts with breath work and reclining poses before building into full body circulation movements that hopefully leave you feeling free and fully alive. Most of this can be done reclining if you wish.

The class will be an integrative flow focusing on ahimsa (nonviolence), especially how to transform negative words and thoughts into love.
