Today I was out walking the woods and looking for acorns. I realized I was not the only one looking for them, there were squirrels running about, chipmunks scurrying and deer using their ears to hear where each acorn fell. I decided to follow their lead. I not only listened for the falling acorns I began to talk with the squirrels and asked for their help. I asked that they let the fresh acorns fall and right as I did the freshest acorn fell literally onto my hand. So fresh it had teeth marks in it. I laughed and thanked the squirrel for sharing the meal with me. They were excellent helpers today.
