What if the answers you’ve been searching for are hiding in your mineral patterns?

You’ve tried changing your diet, taking supplements, balancing hormones, and supporting your gut, yet you’re still struggling with fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, digestive issues, poor sleep, or stubborn weight changes.

It’s time to look deeper!

Genesys Naturopathic is offering a special In-Person Client Package to help uncover what’s happening in your body and begin rebuilding from the ground up.

FIRST, WE TEST.

Your comprehensive Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) reveals mineral levels, important mineral ratios, metabolic patterns, and heavy-metal exposure.

Minerals influence energy production, digestion, hormones, thyroid and adrenal function, blood sugar, and nervous system health. When mineral relationships are significantly unbalanced, the body’s ability to heal and rebuild can be compromised.

NEXT, WE CONNECT THE DOTS.

During your 90-minute naturopathic intake, we’ll explore your health history, symptoms, digestion, nutrition, sleep, stress, medications, and supplements.

Your intake also includes a ZYTO scan, providing additional information to help develop your individualized recommendations.

THEN, WE RESET.

Enjoy a FREE 60-minute Nervous System Reset! This therapeutic session supports nervous system regulation, circulation, digestion, sleep, and restoration.

YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Comprehensive HTMA: $250
• 90-minute Naturopathic Intake with ZYTO: $365
• 60-minute Nervous System Reset: $125 FREE!

TOTAL VALUE: $740
PACKAGE PRICE: $615

That’s a full Nervous System Reset included at no additional cost!

If you’re tired of guessing, chasing symptoms, or trying supplement after supplement, it’s time to look at your body’s mineral foundation.

Your body has a story to tell. Let’s connect the dots!

Ready to get started?

THE CALCIUM SHELL: WHEN THE BODY GOES INTO PROTECTION MODE

One of the most fascinating patterns we can identify through Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is something called the calcium shell. This pattern can tell us a great deal about how the body has adapted to prolonged stress, mineral depletion, and metabolic dysfunction.

Calcium is essential for life. It plays a role in muscle contraction, nerve signaling, blood clotting, hormone regulation, and cellular communication. But calcium also needs to be properly balanced with magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and other minerals.

In HTMA interpretation, a calcium shell describes a pattern of significantly elevated hair calcium, often accompanied by low sodium and potassium. Practitioners sometimes refer to this as the body putting on a protective suit of armor.

Think about someone who has spent years under physical or emotional stress. Their nervous system has been working overtime, their digestion has suffered, their energy has declined, and eventually they begin feeling exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unable to respond to stress the way they once did.

The calcium shell is one mineral pattern we investigate in people experiencing this kind of prolonged stress response.

Calcium also has an important relationship with magnesium. Magnesium helps regulate calcium movement across cell membranes and supports the relaxation phase of muscular activity. When this relationship becomes disturbed, it can affect neuromuscular function, cellular signaling, and energy metabolism.

Now consider the gallbladder.

Proper bile production and flow are essential for digesting fats, absorbing fat-soluble vitamins, and eliminating certain metabolic waste products. Calcium participates in the cellular signaling involved in gallbladder contraction. Changes in bile composition and gallbladder motility can contribute to sludge and stone formation.

People struggling with sluggish digestion, constipation, bloating, poor fat tolerance, and gallbladder complaints deserve a closer look at their overall metabolic and mineral health.

And what about thyroid function?

Thyroid hormones influence metabolic activity throughout the body, while minerals such as selenium, iodine, iron, zinc, and magnesium participate in thyroid hormone production, conversion, and cellular function. A person with a calcium shell pattern may also present with low energy, cold intolerance, sluggish digestion, and other symptoms that warrant a thorough thyroid assessment.

Then there is the emotional component.

In mineral balancing traditions, elevated calcium is associated with withdrawal, emotional protection, resistance to change, and a tendency to hold on. Low sodium and potassium patterns are often interpreted in relation to depleted stress resilience and diminished vitality.

The body has an extraordinary capacity to adapt, and sometimes the patterns it develops during prolonged stress can become part of what keeps a person feeling stuck.

This is why I find HTMA so valuable in my practice. It gives us another window into mineral relationships, stress adaptation patterns, and potential areas of nutritional imbalance that deserve attention.

If you’ve been dealing with years of fatigue, digestive difficulties, hormone complaints, chronic stress, or feeling like your body simply isn’t responding the way it should, it’s time to take a closer look at your minerals.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is available through Genesys Naturopathic for $250. Your sample can be collected at home, and we’ll review your mineral patterns and what they may mean for your individual health picture.
