Cosmetic surgery recovery isn’t just physical.
No one really talks about what it feels like
when your body doesn’t look how you expected… yet.
The swelling.
The tightness.
The “why does this feel off?” moments.
It’s normal. It just isn’t talked about enough.
I help with post-op recovery for:
Lipo 360 • Tummy tuck • BBL • Facelift, etc
Orthopedic surgery
back, hip, knee, shoulder pain

Less swelling. Better movement. Real support.
For your body — and your head.

That deep butt pain that makes you stop mid-step?

Yeah… that one.

The one that shoots down your leg…
Or stops right behind your knee…
Or feels like a cramp from hell you can’t even explain.

You rub it.

It eases for a second…
Then comes back worse.

Fx@ # the pattern!

I specialize in pain resolution, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage — but more than that…
I teach you what your body is trying to say.
My goal isn’t to keep you coming back.
It is to help you understand your body so you can stop feeding the pain.

Fact:
If you keep needing the same relief over and over… something’s being missed.
Let’s fix that.

Pain is information.
I help you understand what your body is trying to say so you can make real changes and finally get relief.
I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in pain resolution, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage.
Sometimes one session is enough to create a whole new level of body awareness and show you what relief can actually feel like.
Does your sciatic pain stop at the back of your knee?
Do you get that brutal, cramping pain deep in your butt that feels almost impossible to describe?
The kind of pain that makes you stop, breathe, and say, what the hell is this?
Do you rub the muscle and it feels better for a second... then comes back even angrier?
I specialize in that kind of pain.
My goal is not to make you dependent on me.
My goal is to help you understand your body, resolve the issue, and learn how to stop feeding the pain pattern.
Honestly? If you have to keep coming back over and over just for temporary relief, then either I’m not doing my job right... or you’re not listening. 😎
Come see me.
I’ll help you change your pain, your awareness, and your life.

Winter check-in
Feeling more tired than usual?
Waking up puffy or congested?
Sinuses dry, head heavy, face swollen?
Cold all the time—even indoors?
Moving less… craving more… feeling kinda meh for no clear reason?

It might not be “just winter.”
Your lymphatic system slows down in cold, dry weather, especially when the heat is on and movement is down.

Lymphatic drainage supports healthy flow—helping reduce congestion, inflammation, puffiness, and that stuck, sluggish winter feeling.

Winter doesn’t have to feel dense.
Flow is medicine.

If you nodded yes to even one of these… your body’s talking. Let’s listen

Let’s talk lymph + NAD 💧
Most people don’t know this, but your lymph fluid actually carries NAD — that same powerhouse molecule everybody’s talking about for energy, anti-aging, and cell repair.

When your lymph gets stagnant, that NAD can’t move through your body the way it’s meant to. That’s why lymphatic drainage is such a game-changer. It helps clear the pathways so your body can use NAD better — which means faster healing, brighter skin, more energy, and that “I actually feel alive again” feeling.

I see it every day — people leave my table looking lighter, glowing, and feeling more like themselves again.
