She Plays-A Women's Retreat in Mexico
What if you gave yourself permission to rest… and play?

Imagine warm ocean air on your skin, slow mornings with a warm mug in your hand, laughter filling the space, and the feeling of coming back to yourself—without effort.

This is your invitation to soften… to move your body… to reconnect with yourself and other women in a way that feels easy and real.

Join me for a 6-night, intimate retreat at Casa Ixchel on the Yucatán coast. Just 8 women. A rhythm that lets you exhale.

Over our time together, you’ll experience:
✨ Daily yoga + gentle nervous system reset
🌊 A relaxed beach day
💧 A guided cenote excursion
⛵ A sailing trip on the water
💃 A fun, beginner-friendly Latin dance class
✨ Día de Mu***os + Catrina parade
🤍 An opportunity to experience aerial yoga
🍽️ Three nourishing, chef-prepared meals each day
🕊️ Plenty of space to rest, laugh, and just be

October 29 – November 4, 2026
