How I started becoming aware of my gifts...

✨ Reiki didn’t just randomly enter my life — when I look back, I can see that this type of spiritual work has been developing in me for a very long time.

Long before I ever called myself a Reiki Master, I grew up in the church around prayer, laying of hands, spiritual discernment and prophecy. 🙏🏼 What I understand now as energy work, intuitive guidance and receiving messages has roots that go much further back in my own spiritual journey.

At this moment, I was talking with someone who had never experienced Reiki before and explaining what working with me actually feels like.

My practice is rooted in love, prayer, healing and the highest intentions. 🤍 I am very intentional about the energy I allow into my space and the spiritual boundaries I hold while working with someone.

During a Reiki session with me, you may experience:
✨ Energy clearing & grounding
✨ Chakra balancing & alignment
✨ Deep relaxation and nervous-system support
✨ Intuitive or channeled messages that come through during the session
✨ A safe space to release, reconnect and receive

Every session is different because every person walks through the door carrying something different.

There’s no exact script for how I move through a Reiki session. 🌿✨

I allow Spirit and the energy of the session to guide me.

I may use Palo Santo at the beginning, somewhere in the middle, or return to it throughout the session whenever I feel called to clear stagnant or unwanted energy and create space for something new.

Sometimes I’m guided to spend more time in a certain area of the body. Sometimes I’m led back to energetic clearing. Sometimes messages come through. Every session unfolds differently because every person—and every energy—is different. 🤍

My role is to listen, trust, and allow the healing energy to flow where it’s needed.
