🤖 AI isn’t going away—so let’s learn how to use it ethically, responsibly, and actually usefully.

Join us for Ethically Useful Ways to Use AI With Clients, a LIVE 3-hour CE webinar designed for mental health professionals who want practical ways to incorporate AI into clinical practice without compromising privacy, confidentiality, professional boundaries, or clinical judgment.

Presented by Carlos Mendoza, MA, LPC-S, we’ll explore how AI can support psychoeducation, treatment planning, clinical resources, and administrative tasks—while keeping the human connection at the center of our work.

What’s  been on our bookshelf lately 📚🌿
These are a few reads we come back to for insight on emotional regulation, trauma, boundaries, attachment, parenting, and understanding ourselves a little more deeply.
From helping children make sense of big feelings to learning how past experiences can shape the way we connect, each of these books offers a different lens for growth and healing.
Our current shelf includes:
01 — The Whole-Brain Child
02 — Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving
03 — No Bad Parts
04 — Set Boundaries, Find Peace
05 — Raising Securely Attached Kids
06 — Align Your Mind
Have you read any of these? Which one would you add to the list? 🤍

Progress doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like showing up again, trying something differently, setting a boundary, asking for help, or simply choosing not to give up. 🌱
When growth feels slow, it can be easy to assume you’re stuck. But healing and change are rarely linear. Some seasons move quickly, while others ask us to slow down, reflect, and keep going without immediate results.
If you’re feeling discouraged, come back to your why. Notice what you’ve learned. Acknowledge the ways you’ve grown—even the ones no one else can see.
Slow progress is still progress. 🤍
Save this for the days when you need the reminder that growth can be happening even when it doesn’t feel obvious.
