Your spine may be holding more than physical tension. Back Spinal Tuning uses sound and vibration as I scan along the vertebrae, looking for areas of energetic congestion and imbalance. The intention is to help release stuck energy, restore flow, and bring the body back into a greater sense of harmony. Everything has rhythm.

That made sharing Biofield Tuning with piano teachers especially meaningful.
They already understand resonance—the way one frequency can interact with another.
During the demonstration, a teacher who experiences tinnitus shared that she felt improvement after our brief session. Her experience was unique to her, just as every person’s response to sound is unique.
Stress, emotional strain, and daily suppression can influence how tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected we feel in our bodies.
Biofield Tuning uses sound and vibration as an invitation to awareness, relaxation, and energetic balance.

Do you know what the best part about being at the wellness expo is? It isn't hearing people say how good my session was, though their warmth and positive feedback certainly keep me going. The best part is that I showed up for myself. ✨️I showed up for my passion and for what I truly believe in, stepping right past the inner fears and battles that usually try to keep me playing small and quiet. ✨️The best part is overcoming the lingering fears that coax me to stay hidden like a shadow. ✨️The best part is simply being me, comfortable in my own skin.
Most people are more committed to a familiar discomfort than to an unfamiliar new possibility.
