🍎🌻 Our very first Farmers Market was a SUCCESS! 🥖💐

We had such a wonderful time bringing the Farmers Market experience to our residents! From fresh fruits and mini bread loaves to beautiful bouquets made possible with the help of Paradigm Health Hospice, there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🍓🍞💐 We also had karaoke, lots of smiles, and so many other fun activities that made the day extra special! 🎤❤️

It’s days like these that remind us how special it is to create opportunities for our residents to make memories, enjoy the little things, and try something new. We can’t wait to do it again! 🌻❤️

🍂🍽️ A Feast to Remember! 🍽️🍂

Our Autumn Affair dinner was a true celebration of the season! Residents gathered to enjoy a delicious meal featuring Herb-Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Creamy Rosemary Mashed Potatoes, and Honey-Glazed Carrots, all followed by a decadent serving of Warm Caramel Bread Pudding for dessert. ✨

From the beautiful atmosphere to the wonderful company around the table, every detail came together to create a memorable evening filled with laughter, conversation, and cherished moments. 🧡🍁

What a beautiful evening celebrating our Autumn Affair Elegant Dinner on Legacy Lane! Our residents enjoyed a wonderful night filled with live Entertainment, delicious appetizers, and a warm family-style dining experience.❤️

A special thank you to everyone who helped make this evening so memorable. Seeing our residents gathered around the table, sharing stories and enjoying one another’s company, was truly the highlight of the night.

🍂🥂 Cheers to a Perfect Autumn Evening! 🥂🍂

Our Cocktail Hour was the perfect blend of great music, delicious drinks, and wonderful company. Our residents enjoyed live entertainment from guitarist and singer Robert Farmer and talented violinist Donna Mansfield, creating a beautiful soundtrack for the evening. 🎶

We sipped on Harvest C***r Mimosas, enjoyed spiked slushies, and sampled a variety of brewery and vineyard selections while gathering with friends and making memories. It was the perfect mix of laughter, conversation, and fall flavors that made for an unforgettable night. 🍁✨

🍎🍂 Our FIRST EVER Apple Festival at Orchard Pointe!🍂🍎

We had the sweetest time celebrating all things apple and fall right here in our building!❤️ From delicious apple fritters and pumpkin ice cream to apple c***r slushies, crisp apple pie, and mini apple spice muffins, there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🥧🍏

A HUGE thank you to the Apple Festival of Kendallville for generously bringing us Tic-Tac-Toe and Apple Festival attire to help make our celebration extra special! 🫶 We are so thankful for the wonderful community that surrounds us and for the people who help us create meaningful memories for our residents.

Our first Apple Festival was one to remember, and we feel so blessed to have brought this to our residents 🍎❤️

💜 Alzheimer’s Walk 2026! 💜

We were so honored to have the privilege of attending the 2026 Alzheimer’s Walk in Fort Wayne, IN! Our team came together to walk, support one another, and help make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. 🧠💜

We helped raise over $1,000 to support Alzheimer’s research and the search for a cure! Every step, every donation, and every person who joined us helps bring us one step closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. 👣✨

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, participated, cheered us on, and helped make this day so meaningful. We’re proud to stand alongside our residents, families, staff, and community in support of those living with Alzheimer’s and their loved ones. 💜
