Key West’s hardest escape room. Try leaving without getting a tattoo.

You came in “just to look.” Now you’re in the chair telling your friends, “I’ve wanted this one for a while anyway.”

The door was open the whole time. You did this to yourself.

“They said I’m too young to get my ears pierced.”

Well, that’s one way to ask for a second opinion.

We pierce ear lobes at ALL ages at Southernmost Tattoo. No attitude required, just a parent or guardian for the little ones.

When the client says they didn’t know about the $50 cancellation fee, but they checked the box saying they read the policy.

That little checkbox has suddenly become a witness.

We set aside time specifically for you. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. If we can fill your spot, we waive the fee.

At this point, scaring Sioux requires absolutely no skill.

No elaborate setup. No hiding around corners. No planning.

You pretty much just have to exist quietly near her and then make a noise.

The rest takes care of itself.

Is it immature? Yes.

Are we going to stop? Absolutely not.

Sorry, Sioux. You make it way too easy.

Marked on Amazon Prime tells a heartbreaking story of trauma, abuse, drug use, loss, and the difficult work of healing and growth.

Our newest artist, Darren Smith, is part of this deeply personal show. We’re sharing this clip to encourage you to watch the full story and give it the attention it deserves. These are heavy subjects, and for many people, they’re painfully familiar.

Watch Marked on Amazon Prime. We’re proud to welcome Darren to Southernmost Tattoo and share this part of his life with you.

When you calmly ask, “Okay, but how would YOU handle it if the roles were reversed?”

Apparently this is how.

Me: trying to encourage healthy communication and see things from another perspective.

Sioux: providing a live demonstration.

Me: on the floor realizing this was not the productive conversation I had envisioned.

Some workplace questions are better left hypothetical.

Everyone walks into a tattoo shop a little differently.

You’ve got the confident one who walks in like they own the place.

The nervous one who opens the door, immediately looks terrified, and considers leaving.

The “I’m just looking” customer who already has six tattoo ideas saved on their phone.

The friend who isn’t getting tattooed but somehow has the most questions.

The person who walks in and just stands there waiting for someone to acknowledge their existence.

And, of course, the one who cracks the door open, sticks their head inside and asks, “Are you open?”

We see all of you. And yes, we’re judging your entrance. Just a little.
