✨ A Weekend of Learning, Growth & Exciting New Possibilities! ✨

I had such an amazing weekend diving into Myofascial Flow training with The Body Artisans! 💛

This experience was rejuvenating, refreshing, and truly nourishing for the soul. I’m coming home with new knowledge, new perspectives, and so much excitement for what’s ahead!

I can’t wait to begin incorporating more of what I’ve learned into my sessions at Full Circle Massage by Julie and continue expanding the ways I can support your body’s needs. 🌿

One of my favorite parts of this work is that there is always something new to learn, explore, and share with my clients. This weekend was a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do!

🌿 Have You Heard of Sarga Silks®?

Here’s something a little different that I’ve been exploring in the world of bodywork…

Silks® is a unique form of therapeutic bodywork that incorporates a specially designed fabric into the session.

The silk is attached to the massage table and becomes an extension of the practitioner’s hands. It can be used to create traction, compression, stretching, movement and myofascial work in ways that aren't possible with hands alone.

One of the things that makes Sarga interesting is the movement involved. Rather than simply lying still while techniques are performed, your body may be gently moved, supported, stretched or compressed from different angles.

✨ What might it feel like?

Think:

• Slow, grounded pressure
• Gentle stretching and traction
• Myofascial techniques
• Compression and decompression
• Fluid, supported movement
• A different kind of connection with your body

It's not quite a traditional massage… and it's not quite stretching.

It's its own unique experience. 🤍

I love continuing my education and learning different approaches to bodywork because there isn't one technique that feels the same for everyone. Sometimes trying something different is exactly what your body needs.

And this is just the beginning…
