Your nutrition and training should support the life you want to live. Eating too little can leave you without enough fuel for your daily activities, training, and recovery.

Feeling better can mean having more energy, feeling less fatigued, experiencing less brain fog, and finding it easier to focus throughout your day.

My coaching considers how you eat, move, rest, and recover to help support those goals while building strength and confidence in your body.

1, 2, 3… Explode!

She’s athletic, enjoys sports, and is happy. We ride together, but even more often, we train together. I keep it fun, helping her stay interested without burning her out.

Sometimes she writes her own workouts, we talk them through, and she puts them into practice.

Other times, I call her over from her desk to try an exercise she’s ready to learn.

I’ve always appreciated seeing pictures of the photographer behind the scenes!

Back in high school, Lala was a lineman to look up to.

These days, he’s a cool dude who claims he’s not a photographer, but his equipment and photos tell a different story!

Coach Dave Daines

Time will test all of us. Aging, health setbacks, and low motivation can make it harder to keep doing the things we love. Dave continues to show up and put in the work.

When he started training with me, he needed additional support to perform this chair squat. After months of consistent practice and gradual progression, he can now perform it without that support.

Progress looks different for everyone. Sometimes, it means moving through daily life with greater ease and independence. I’m proud of Dave’s commitment and the progress he’s worked toward.

Dave’s Testimonial

“Rick Garcia has been an incredible health coach & personal trainer and source of support in improving my quality of life while living with Parkinson’s disease.”
