A little over a year ago, Michael and I opened the doors to Total Mind & Body with a vision to do things differently.
To bring mental health, physical health, and human performance together. To look beyond symptoms and diagnoses, see the whole person, and challenge what we've come to expect from traditional healthcare.
Over the past year, we've worked to turn that vision into something real. We've grown, expanded our services, built an incredible team, and seen firsthand the need for a more individualized, comprehensive approach to care.
But what we've built so far is only the beginning.
Today, we're excited to share a glimpse of what we've been envisioning for the future of Total Mind & Body.
A fully integrated facility bringing psychiatric care, psychotherapy, innovative and interventional treatments, physical training, and human performance together under one roof.
A place where traditional, evidence-based care exists alongside emerging and alternative treatment options that aren't always readily accessible in our community.
Where treatment isn't one-size-fits-all, but thoughtfully tailored to each person's unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
A place designed for anyone, at any point in life.
Whether you're working through experiences from your past, navigating a major life transition, rebuilding your health, or already thriving and looking to reach another level of physical or cognitive performance.
You don't have to be struggling to benefit from care. And you don't have to be at your best to begin investing in yourself.
We want to create an environment where people are supported in pursuing their potential—mentally, physically, and beyond.
And it starts right here in Kingman, Arizona.
Our vision extends beyond one building. We want to establish a model of integrated, individualized care that can eventually be replicated in communities far beyond our own.
Now, let's be clear—this is a vision for the future, not a construction announcement.
We don't have a groundbreaking date, a grand opening on the calendar, or a promise of when this will all come together. There are still plenty of decisions to make, challenges to work through, and milestones to reach.
But we know where we're headed.
These renderings are a glimpse into what Michael and I are working toward. A way to take something we've been envisioning for years and finally put it into a picture that our team, our patients, and our community can see.
Because we don't want to be the only ones who can envision it. We want the people who believe in what we're doing to see the bigger picture, get excited about what's possible, and feel like they're part of building something meaningful.
We're proud of where we started. We're grateful for how far we've come. And we're incredibly excited about what lies ahead.
